Marketing Manager (AI Startup | Digital Humans)

We’re building the next generation of AI-powered Digital Humans — not chatbots that finish a transaction, but relational agents that actually connect with people. Our vision is to create AI that feels more human — technology that can build trust, empathy, and real relationships, while making real impact on the bottom line of our customers. We have dual HQ in New York City and Prague, the Czech Republic.

We’re now looking for our first marketing hire — a hands-on general marketer with strong background in digital marketing/social. You’ll be the go-to person for all things marketing, working closely with the founders/leadership and supported by external partners for copy and PPC.

What you’ll be doing

• Build and run our marketing engine — from content and social to digital campaigns and in-person events

• Grow and engage our social presence (LinkedIn, Meta, X)

• Write and edit marketing copy across channels (social, email, web, campaigns)

• Collaborate with our copywriter, creative and ad partners to keep messaging sharp, on-brand and well targeted to our ICP

• Measure performance and optimize campaigns for growth

• Experiment, learn, and optimize — you’re not afraid to test bold ideas

• Help shape our brand voice and storytelling around AI, relational agents, and connection

Who you are

• You have 3+ years in digital marketing (ideally in tech, AI, or startups) with proven experience from/exposure to the US market (must have)

• You are native or fluent in English (must have)

• You have experience with social, content, analytics, and digital marketing (must have), email marketing is a bonus

• You are hands-on - you get stuff done and are comfortable wearing multiple hats

• You are curious, creative, data-driven, and eager to experiment

• You care about where AI is headed — and believe it can be a force for genuine human connection

• You are looking for a mission, not a standard job
