Now, we’re on the lookout for a Customer Care Agent for our Italian-speaking market (Lentiamo.it), and keep our customers happy.
In this interesting full-time position, you’ll be responsible for our Italian customer support. This job is made for you if you have the drive to make our customers happy by handling their concerns friendly and professionally. You will answer questions, complaints and returns from customers (by phone and email) and communicate with different departments of the company, especially with colleagues from other customer service teams.

What We’re Looking For:
Native Italian Speaker with communicative English.
Customer-Oriented and Communicative: You’re confident, empathetic, and enjoy making customers feel valued.
Detail-Oriented and Organized: You can balance multiple tasks and manage your workload with ease.
Digital-Savvy: You’re comfortable using computers and digital tools for teamwork, such as email, Google suites (Drive, Docs, Calendar), and collaboration platforms such as Trello or Slack. If you don't already know everything, don't worry: we provide support and training.
Also suitable for fresh graduates.
Responsibilities:
Providing friendly and professional customer support via email and phone; handling questions, complaints and changes in orders
maintaining the best possible ratings from customers on comparison and review websites
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly and provide your support in the markets’ growth
