Responsibilities:

Connect with customers through instant messaging on a business's website to:

• Provide online and instant technical support

• Take care of Email and live chat support

• Help customers with complaints

• Give customers information about products and services

• Take orders and process returns.

• Help customers understand the product and answer questions about the products

Requirements:

• Communication Skills (Both Written and Spoken)

• Native Dutch C1/C2 level

• Multitasking Skills

• Empathy and Problem-Solving Skills

• Typing and Data Entry
