Czech Christmas bonuses: Will you get one and what's the payout?

“Will I get a Christmas bonus?” The question is simple, but the answer remains complicated for Czech employees as the year draws to a close.

According to a late November survey released by the Czech branch of European human resources group Alma Career, Christmas bonuses remain fundamentally uneven across the labor market. While 59 percent of employees are entitled to a bonus at least occasionally, a significant 41 percent cannot count on any year-end reward at all.
