I provide therapy, counselling, and coaching for expats living in the Czech Republic and beyond. I work physically in Prague 5-Smíchov and online world-wide. With many years of personal experience as an expat myself, I understand the challenges of adapting to a new culture, balancing family and career, or facing periods of uncertainty and change.

In my sessions, I combine approaches from psychotherapy, mindfulness, and coaching to create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, gain clarity, and find practical ways forward. I can help you with:

Stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
Adapting to life changes and transitions
Relationship and family issues
Work-life balance and career development
Building resilience and inner resources

I work in English and Czech, both online and in person. My style is warm, respectful, and focused on your unique needs. Together we can discover new perspectives and strategies that help you feel more grounded, connected, and fulfilled.
