I help parents understand their child’s needs and turn psychological knowledge into practical steps for everyday family life. I offer consultations in English and Czech, in person in Prague and online.
You can contact me for support with:
• Parenting challenges, boundaries, difficult behaviour and strong emotions.
• ADHD, autism and other neurodevelopmental difficulties, including practical strategies following an existing diagnosis.
• Understanding psychological or school assessment reports and putting recommendations into practice.
• Supporting children through separation, divorce, bereavement, moving home or changing schools.
• Attention, planning, organisation and emotional regulation.
Our work starts with understanding your situation and identifying what you would like to change. Together, we develop realistic strategies that fit your child and your family. Depending on your needs, this may involve a one-off parent consultation, a short series of meetings, joint parent–child sessions or individual sessions with your child.
I am a developmental and cognitive psychologist, researcher and university lecturer. I hold an MSc in Developmental Science from the University of Edinburgh and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Lincoln. My background includes supervised experience in child neuropsychology within NHS Scotland.
My approach draws on developmental psychology, research evidence and solution-focused principles. The focus is on helping you understand what is happening, recognise what already works and leave with a clearer plan.
I offer short-term psychological counselling and support with existing assessment findings. I do not provide diagnostic assessments.
You are welcome to start with a free 10–15-minute introductory call to discuss whether my services are a good fit.
