Welcome!
My name is Maria, and I am a psychotherapist in training under supervision. I am currently completing my clinical training at the Vienna School of Existential Analysis while running my own practice. Regular supervision supports the quality of my work and ensures a safe, ethical therapeutic space, with full confidentiality for every client.
My path of working with people began over fifteen years ago through body-oriented approaches such as yoga, somatic practices, and mindfulness. Today, I integrate this foundation into my psychotherapy work.
In addition to my private practice, I work as a therapist for medical students at Charles University in Prague and collaborate with the Kaleidoskop therapeutic community, supporting people with personality disorders.
I offer psychotherapy in English, Russian, and Czech, both online and in person. My approach is grounded in existential analysis and logotherapy. I don’t promise to remove life’s difficulties, but I can be there with you - offering a space for reflection and support as you navigate challenges, discover meaning, and connect with your inner resources and potential for growth.
Existential analysis invites a shift from being a passive observer of life to becoming an active participant in it. Even when external circumstances cannot be changed, there is always a space of inner freedom within you. Together, we can explore and gradually expand that space.
I work with anxiety, burnout, depression, relationship difficulties, and support clients through challenging life transitions.
The first step is usually a free 20-minute introductory call.
