At Liberecka Language School we have been running teacher training programmes to help all our teachers develop personally and professionally since 2003. The school is a market leader in the area and is part of an expanding association of language schools and translation agencies with offices in Liberec, Prague, Mlada Boleslav and other parts of the Czech Republic (see our website). Liberecka Language School is a centre for the Cambridge Certificates (PET, KET, FCE, CAE, CPE, BEC...) and many others (German - ZD, ZMP...). We also offer a range of other workshops and specialised seminars.
We are able to provide help with reasonably-priced accommodation, other administration work and anything else with which you may have problems.
Facilities in Liberecka Language School include a Teachers' Room with the library, free access to the Internet and email, a study place, copying facilities, two company cars, etc. All around the school there are cheap restaurants, bars and supermarkets for refreshment.
Liberecka Language School also organises regular outings and events for teachers (e.g. 2006/2007 - overnight trip to Moravian wine cellar, overnight ski trip to mountain chalet close to Liberec, barbecues, parties, etc.).

Liberec is a university city of over 100 000 inhabitants located in the mountains of North Bohemia, 100 km north of Prague (1 hour travel by bus) and 30 minutes from the border with Poland and Germany. It is a lively city that offers ideal conditions for skiing in winter and mountain-biking and hiking in the summer. There are also plenty of options for passive sportsmen and women (top class ice-hockey at a top-class arena, football, etc.) and options for the less-active among us, including cultural activities (opera, theatre, cinemas) and night life. There is a large community of English-speaking people and a couple of Irish pubs in Liberec for times when you simply miss a pint and a chat.
