A few simple steps are all it takes to stay on track. Take advantage of the spring reboot and make sure your body is functioning properly.

One way to look after your health is to limit the time you spend looking at a monitor in the evening. Whether it's TV, mobile, or computer, blue light interferes with the production of melatonin, which affects our biorhythm. This is why we may have trouble falling asleep at night. Sleep is very important for human health. For better quality sleep, it is much more beneficial to choose an evening activity such as reading a book or listening to a podcast. 

Let's get moving

A healthy lifestyle includes movement. Especially if we have a sedentary job, we should find at least a moment to stretch every day. Whether we set aside time to go to the gym, walk a few flights of stairs, or just get off the bus one stop early on our way home from work now in the spring, every step counts. 

Let's invest in a healthy diet

Although we hear it everywhere, a balanced diet can benefit the human body significantly. It's important to know that sugars aren't bad either, as long as they are in balance with fats and proteins. But neither are supplements or vitamins, which we can reach for if we are not feeling well.

Let's learn to breathe properly

Stress to a greater extent also does not have a good effect on the body. If we are under permanent pressure, the body will soon speak up. That's why it is advisable to try to prevent stress or at least learn to work with it. We can do various breathing exercises to help us relieve stress. It also helps to include more walks outside in the sunshine in your daily routine. This promotes the production of serotonin in the body and stress is better relieved.

Healthy sitting is essential

"Also pay attention to whether you are sitting properly. Sitting incorrectly can lead to problems such as back pain, headaches, or impaired blood circulation to the limbs.
