The streaming Czech series #martyisdead has been nominated for an International Emmy Award. Nominees can be viewed at the official International Emmys website; winners will be announced in November.

The International Emmys, now in its 48th year, is a worldwide spinoff of the U.S.-based Emmy Awards, which annually awards the top television programs in the states. HBO's Succession (Outstanding Drama Series) and CBC's Schitt's Creek (Outstanding Comedy Series) were the big winners at this year's Emmys, which were announced on Sunday.

Produced by MALL.TV, #martyisdead is the first Czech series to be nominated for an International Emmy Award.

The streaming series, which focuses on the effects of cyberbullying, was nominated in the category of Short-Form Series.
