HHD (Interhome) is looking for new team colleagues to join its Frecnh Team at our modern Customer Experience Center in the heart of Prague for our upcoming high summer season.
Our aim:
to ensure satisfied customers by arranging their travel bookings, and offer on-going service and support during their holiday stay where required, thereby providing an excellent customer experience
to deliver a successful B2B Service for our partner travel agencies
What skills do you need to have to be successful:
Native/almost native French language skills (verbal & written, Level C1 min.) + English (verbal & written, Level B1 min.)
Microsoft PC skills, knowledge of SAP an advantage
after training - be able to offer an excellent customer experience to our clients, when handling their vacation bookings & offering on-going service and support during their vacation
Mo-Fr
be an excellent multi-tasker, but still remain calm as well as make good decision-calls, independently
eligible to work in Czech Republic
work contract for defined period of mid-May till end of August
