We are looking for a skilled person to extend our sales and operations team, which supports hundreds of publishers and advertisers around the world.
You will cover a wide range of responsibilities, in particular, sales responsibilities from expanding the company's client network to maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, as well as technical responsibilities, from campaign execution to data analysis to performance/quality monitoring.
You should be pro-active, with excellent communication skills and a technical problem solver interested in working hands-on to support the continued improvement of our ad platform capabilities, and, of course, in the continuous growth of your personal profit.

This is a full-time in-person position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
For sales:
Generate leads by initiating sales processes through scheduling appointments, making initial demo presentations, and understanding account requirements
Help maintain and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients
Meet or exceed sales goals
Attend global conferences to meet with current clients and potentials
Maintain client records
Evaluate current advertising trends and identify new opportunities
Organize advertiser campaigns, monitor, and optimize conversions
For Operations:
Assisting publisher and advertiser account managers internally in managing supply/demand inventory.
Assisting with handling and escalating client requests from traffic/campaign execution to billing.
Monitoring ad volumes, quality, and performance and escalating issues.
Assisting in resolving domain and server infrastructure availability incidents.
Assisting with compliance incidents, ad verification/fraud monitoring, and suppression updates.
ABOUT YOU/REQUIREMENTS
Fluent English – spoken / written
Excellent communication skills
Well organized, consistent, and able to focus on producing results.
Maintain a flexibility and desire to learn new skills
Flexibility in working time
Pro-active technical problem solver, able to troubleshoot independently
Fast learner
Experience in the following fields is a plus: digital marketing (web, e-commerce, social), PPC advertising, web/data analysis, content management, SEO, domains, and hosting.
