Project Lead in Payroll

Join the team at a global pharmaceutical company as a Project Lead in Payroll. This position is suitable for anyone with experience in project management, process improvement as well as payroll processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing regional payroll and attendance projects
  • Planning and managing the scope, schedule and budget of the project and ensuring its successful implementation
  • Enforcing company policies and standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Tracking progress, communicating updates to stakeholders
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and ensuring smooth project progress
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and ensure customer satisfaction

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Fluent in English
  • Strong experience in project management and process improvement
  • Payroll knowledge
  • Knowlegde of Lean Six Sigma, Excel
  • Able to work in multicultural enviroment
