If you are a junior candidate, this position provides high responsibility and importance as you will be the first “face” that a new municipality meets in Munipolis. Your main responsibilities will be:
Processing incoming leads
Conducting qualification calls with prospective partners and arranging sales calls for more senior representatives
Administration and evaluation of prospective partners in CRM
Help with smaller sales-related tasks (e.g. documentation…)
You will work hand in hand with one of our Senior Sales Team members who will negotiate and close the new partnerships with your support. We welcome you being proactive and coming up with new, innovative ideas on how to help customers solve their needs and becoming part of our communication platform. Over time, with the support and mentoring of your colleagues, you can start picking up more responsibilities, growing into the role of Senior Inside Sales Representative taking care of your own Accounts and closing your own deals. Depending on your effort, this can happen after the first three months of your employment.
If you are a senior sales expert, we need you too! You will directly move higher in our organisation and be responsible for:
Performing video or f2f sales presentations to main stakeholders within German municipalities (mayors, PR or IT representatives)
Owning the deal and being responsible for conversion
Becoming an expert in fields of communication & digitalisation of municipalities
Shaping our sales strategy
Native German speaker (both oral and written), fluent English
Strong communication skills
Professional and positive can-do approach towards customers
Previous experience in communication with customer and/or sales team is a big advantage
Creating empathy and trust is an easy game for you
Strong Google Suite or Microsoft Office Skills
Functioning well under pressure
Great organizational skills
Familiarity with municipality system in Germany is a plus
Proactive approach towards your work and self-development
Motivation to learn new skills and apply them in day-to-day work
Work from our Brno Headquarters office or remotely from all around the world
