yoummday, ICON's parent company are looking for freelance customer service specialists to support the Dutch market.
As a freelance customer service agent, you will be responsible for customer support (inbound) for one of the best-known telecommunications companies on the market.
Answer incoming calls, support existing and new customers offer renewals and upgrades
Update customer information
Provide expert advice and deliver 5 star customer service
Excellent pay, starting at €15 per hour
