We are currently looking for a suitable candidate to join our team as a Back Office Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and review of contracts and invoices

  • Timely communication with business partners

  • Checking and saving documents related to the loading from Supplier

  • Issuing of standard delivery documents to our Clients

  • Planning deliveries based on specific client requirements by coordinating with the logistics department

*Full training provided

Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in an administrative role

  • Language Proficiency: English: Proficient, Polish: Fluent

  • Technical Skills: Experienced in MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Adaptability: Resilient and adaptable to international team environments

  • Analytical Skills: Proactivity in a dynamic environment with attention to the detail
