Psychotherapy: how to go on, when I see no way
We all sometimes get into situations which are difficult to handle. We feel uncomfortable, we lose our confidence and positive vision of the future, suddenly we just do not know. Often just an "ear" willing to listen helps to sort it out - family, friends, colleagues at work ... but there are situations that we do not want to share even with ourselves, let alone those who we know. They may well be situations we have been in for a long time and neither we nor others know the way out ... Then I am here for you. What is not on offer? Ready-made solutions, instructions for better life and miracles. I am not promising you a breeze, it may well be a storm and you will have to work hard. But I can promise you that at the end you will see and better understand yourself and the perspectives that may have remained hidden so far.
About me:I graduated from psychology and special education at Charles University and now I work as a psychologist at Special Education Center Starostrašnická. I work with children with multiple disabilities and their parents, provide support to other professionals and interested persons who are in regular contact with the child (assistants, etc.).Finishing a five-year training in systemic therapy and starting VIG training in September. I have experience with individual therapy, work with groups, diagnostics and counseling for children and adults with special educational and other needs.
