Betterment is a lifelong quest, and we aim to equip you with the tools for that challenge!

We are advertising our mental health program for mindfulness based group therapy in English and for English speakers. We deal with cases of anxiety, burnout, depression, maladaptive behaviour, culture shock, and trauma work.
The group work is going to combine dynamics of mediation-mindfulness with group work to facilitate insight and gain psychological tools that help in dealing with life challenges.

We deal with almost all health insurance companies in the Czech Republic inuding PVZP, so you could have your therapy covered and gain important tools for self improvement and adaptation.

We also provide individual counseling and psychotherapy.

Our clinc is called Terapeutika, and we are located in Žižkov, Prague 3.
