My therapeutic approach draws mainly from Biosynthesis, a holistic approach in somatic psychotherapy, emphasizing integration of life processes: the physical with the emotional and the mental.
I provide support to people in difficult situations and on their path of personal development - whether you experience feelings of emptiness or meaninglessness in your life or are seeking a greater sense of fulfillment, psychotherapy may help you.
I offer you a safe and professional setting in which difficult experiences may be explored and worked through.
I am always trying to follow the emphasis of the Biosynthesis on searching our own innate resources, conscious work with the mind, emotions and body and their balance. I enjoy opening to my own and my clients' experience in all areas of life, exploring the possibilities how to enjoy life more.
With the background of a translator and interpreter (which I still do at the Czech Institute of Biosynthesis) and Ayurvedic massage therapist, it is also my pleasure to explore making changes in life, be it professional or otherwise.
