Very empathetic and also competent and experienced, she helped me a lot to get over a big loss. I don't think I could have got out of my swamp without her support. I had been visiting Jana for a year and can highly recommend working with her. My biggest problem was that I was not able to make decisions which directions in life to take. Jana helped me to listen to my deeper needs and to my body, which helped me to make the right decisions on my new job. Also now I trust myself more am able to express what I need in interactions with other people.
