200 czk "English speaking fee"
I used to go to this GP until he decided to charge an "English Speaking Fee" of 200 czk at both of his offices. This doctor speaks perfect English and there is no justification for this fee other than greed. Foreigners have enough trouble finding English speaking doctors who will take on new patients. We are only trying to manage our health. Taking advantage of our negative circumstances for profit is unprincipled.
