I’m Kirsty, a qualified counselor and coach based in Prague.

I completed my masters degree in 2020 through the university of New York in Prague.

Since then I have been offering both counseling and coaching services online. My areas of expertise include relationships, career-related challenges, low self-esteem, existential crises, social anxiety, and eating disorders. I can also help with mild anxiety and depression.

I use person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy approaches when working with clients.
