Coaching is a method of helping us to achieve a goal we have set ourselves, at a pace and in a way that suits us. Coaching enables us to gain a different perspective, to become aware of what lies at the heart of our future direction. We can identify the obstacles that stand in the way of our development, and find ways to overcome them. Through coaching, we can name and realize what we really want and don't want in life. My diploma as an expert in neuro-linguistic programming allows me to offer you a more comprehensive service. I look forward to meeting you.
