Julie's approach to our sessions and her ability to create a safe and warm environment, has allowed me to explore uncomfortable and painful topics that I would otherwise avoid in my day-to-day life. I highly recommend therapy with Julie, her CBT approach has helped me tons to manage my social anxiety. She is warm, friendly, and offers practical tools and exercises that make a real difference in overcoming fears. Contacting Julie is one of the best decisions I've made in my adult life. Her CBT approach has had a positive impact on my life over a short period of time. I worked with Julie long-term and highly recommend her to anyone struggling with anxiety. She helped me understand what was going on, and gave me so many helpful tools for my anxiety.
