My name is Adéla and I’m a psychologist and a psychotherapist with a private practice in Prague where I work with young adults on their journey towards a happier and more fulfilling life abroad.

While I meet clients with a variety of mental, emotional and relational difficulties, I specialize in helping guide young adult expats through anxiety, culture shock, integration, loneliness, stress and life transitions.
