I am a coach and offer individual coaching sessions in Prague and online.
I help clients to:
- clarify their goals and direction in sometimes complex and overwhelming situations
- overcome obstacles and mental barriers that hold them back
- shift their perspective so that they can discover new approaches and options
- stay on track when they lose motivation and
- navigate their change journey with respect for their individuality and life circumstances
My mission is to help you live a life that includes more of what you want.
I can help you with topics such as:
- managing stress and carving out a work-life balance that works for you
- swapping habits that pull you under for ones that lift your health and contentment
- flipping those stuck thought patterns into a mindset that actually works for you
- getting a grip on your time and energy so you’re not always chasing your tail
- stepping up with confidence in real-life situations—whether at work or in private life, and
- digging into what you really want from your life or career.
For me, it’s about small steps that add up. I believe we can achieve more than we realize by focusing on smaller steps, staying consistent, and finding meaning in the process—and maybe even enjoying the journey.
How is coaching with me?

- I pay attention to the context and I shine a light where you might not look
- I give you the space to find your own solutions rather than my advice
- I encourage you to be aware of yourself and your inner world and
- where it makes sense, I include techniques that use movement in space and creative work to help to get new insights
My approach is rather holistic and considers how thoughts, feelings and behaviors affect each other in the process of change.
I am trained in Somatic Coaching (ICF Certified) 2024/25. In my practice I adhere to the ICF ethical guidelines.
In coaching, results don't just happen. You need to make them happen. It takes time and effort but it is worth it. On your way, I can offer my genuine, non-judgemental interest, encouragement, support and respect for your pace.
My rate is 40 EUR (1000 CZK) / 60 mins. You can take advantage of my entry prices, because I just started out. Later I plan on increasing the price. You can be sure that I am taking coaching very seriously, have a proper training and work regularly with a supervisor. I have over 40 hours of coaching with clients and great feedback.
