I am an internationally trained ADHD and neurodiversity coach, trainer, and public speaker specialising in ADHD, autism, and AuDHD across children, teens, adults, parents, schools, and organisations.
My work blends evidence-based coaching, neuroscience, lived experience, and trauma-informed practice to support neurodivergent individuals in building emotional regulation, confidence, self-understanding, executive functioning, and sustainable life strategies — without trying to “fix” who they are.

Alongside my coaching practice, I am completing a postgraduate MSc in Autism & Neurodivergence and regularly deliver trainings across international schools, corporate teams, and professional organisations.
