I am a Certified Movement Analyst, Somatic educator and Dance-Movement therapist. I am certified by ISMETA (International Somatic Movement and Therapy Association). I teach groups in my studio DanceLab Praha and run a private clinic for clients with variety of needs. Physical pain is treated thru touch - bodywork, emotional issues are approached thru body questioning, body sensing, invitations, reflections.
In groupwork (90min classes) I offer warm up with Bartenieff Fundamentals and Embodiment processes including creative compositions, improvisations, sensing, feeling, reflecting.
I also offer group and individual sessions in Authentic Movement - a meditative introspective therapeutic method based in mindfulness.
Online therapies are also available.
