I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a therapy model clinically evidenced to help the deep healing of traumas. The work I offer mixes IFS and other modalities I have learned on the way, depending on the person's needs. I can help you if you experience a sense of shame, worthlessness, low self esteem, disconnection from others or yourself, loneliness.
