Based in Prague, where I have lived for over 10 years, I bring a deep understanding of the emotional, practical, and psychological challenges that come with relocation, cultural adaptation, career shifts, and major life changes.
I am a certified ICF ACC coach and I completed my coaching training with Erickson International, one of the most reputable coaching institutions in the world.
My approach integrates Erickson’s solution-focused coaching, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and embodied (somatic) therapy. This combination helps clients build resilience, regulate stress, enhance emotional awareness, and cultivate a more grounded and purposeful way of working and living.
