Efforts to tackle the gender pay gap are driving significant changes to European Union employment law. Unequal pay between men and women is a particularly big issue in Czechia, where the gender pay gap is among the EU’s widest.

A new online calculator tool introduced by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs highlights gender pay differences seen across professions. Using the tool, you can input your precise employment circumstances and see expected average salaries for men and women in your industry, rank and region.
