I am a certified nutritionist and a member of the Alliance of Nutritionists and Health Coaches of the Czech Republic, with expertise in nutritional psychology. My journey towards food culture started as a professional athlete in 1995, where I studied the history of nutrition and took useful aspects from different cultures to apply in my sports activities. Later, while studying history and cultural studies at the university, I remained an active athlete and continued to explore the benefits of healthy eating.
After moving to the Czech Republic in 2005, I made nutrition and a healthy lifestyle my priority, leading me to study nutrition, herbal medicine, and the energy balance of the body professionally.
With my knowledge of the composition of different foods, including the most subtle details, as well as their effects on the human body, I am able to help people improve their overall well-being and prevent diseases through nutrition. I am also well-versed in the biochemical composition of food and how it affects the body, enabling me to provide effective nutritional advice tailored to individual needs.
As a nutritionist, I believe that the word “diet” is a taboo because it implies restrictions and eventual failure. Instead, I focus on helping my clients comprehensively adjust their lifestyle and nutrition to their individual needs. Whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, improved well-being and health, increased energy levels, or disease prevention, I work with my clients without the use of medication.
My approach includes consultations and full support throughout the process until the desired results are achieved. After identifying the goal, I gather a complete history, including information on family diseases, previous diets, physical activity, work style, and psychological state. If I see significant issues, I refer my clients to specialized experts to ensure the best possible results.
My objective is to identify the underlying cause of weight or health problems and develop new eating habits to solve the issue.
