The high standard private health service SWISS MED CLINIC is situated in a little calm town called Planá u Mariánských Lázní. The clinic is situated in the premises of newly reconstructed surgical pavilion of the former Planá hospital. The unique geographical position of SWISS MED CLINIC at the edge of the well-known West Bohemian spa triangle makes it possible to provide not only the patients, but also their family members, with subsequent rehabilitation and convalescence in many luxury apartment hotels in neighbouring spas of Mariánské Lázně, Konstantinovy Lázně, Františkovy Lázně, or Karlovy Vary.

Within the framework of one day surgery (ODS), we offer a wide range of treatments in the field of surgery, aesthetic surgery, urology, gynecology, ENT and orthopedics. Thanks to extraordinary capacity of four fully equipped operating theatres, and several smaller ones, the surgical possibilities of SWISS MED CLINIC is almost unrivalled, and the patients may arrange the most suitable date of operation for themselves. In SWISS MED CLINIC you can also find a highly sophisticated workplace – an intensive postoperative care unit. It presents a narrowly specialized ward with three beds, intended for patients after surgeries, who require continuous special care for 24 hours, technical support, and monitoring of vital functions.
