Psychological Counseling

Living in a new country can be lonely. Even when everything looks fine from the outside, you may feel tired, stuck, or far from the people who know you.

Nobody can say if your problem is big or small. Sometimes we just need a quiet place where we can say things out loud and think clearly. Stress and work pressure can slowly become part of our daily life, and we may not notice how much they affect us. Together we can look at how to handle them, and at what is blocking us from feeling better.

Grief and loss are a process, and we can go through it together, at your own pace. Difficult changes also take time to understand, including why they are so hard for us to accept. There is no right or wrong way to feel, and you do not have to rush.

Family relationships are complex. First, we need to understand which distance is right for us, so that we do not hurt ourselves. Then we can see how to help the people we love. Sometimes a separation cannot be avoided, and sometimes it is necessary. Nobody can judge your decisions, but understanding what is best for you is the base of the process.

Loneliness in a foreign country is part of the process of adapting to a new place. It does not mean that something is wrong with you. To go through it, we can state the problem, understand the new context, and, most of all, understand the context you come from, because it shapes how we feel today.

We talk in Spanish or English. Sessions are online or in person in Prague.

The first 15-minute call is free. You tell me what is happening, and we decide together if I can help you. No pressure.

Si preferís hablar en español, escribime. Es más fácil hablar de lo que sentís en tu idioma.
