Formé clinic is a newly opened clinic in Prague, situated in an excellent location, right on the Wenceslas Square. We are the plastic surgery clinic, providing a wide range of plastic surgery treatments. The aim of our clinic is to be different to other private facilities, namely by a quality service and offering a wide scale of services to our clients. Many thanks to Dr. Lhotsky for his perfect and professional approach. I underwent breast augmentation surgery and the result is amazing. I'm extremely satisfied because I finally have firm and natural breasts again. Also the whole staff at the Forme clinic was fantastic. I can only recommend this clinic.

In June, I underwent breast augmentation. My breasts were quite sunken and empty after two weaned children. I was quite worried about how it would all go. But I wanted them to be nice again, even without a bra. I was most worried if the result would be worth it, for all the possible complications that might occur. Dr Kiss performed surgery on the upper and lower eyelids surgery in Jun this year. I am very pleased with her approach, operation and results. She is a very nice person and attentive. All the staff was very caring.
