Formé clinic is a newly opened clinic in Prague, situated in an excellent location, right on the Wenceslas Square. We are the plastic surgery clinic, providing a wide range of plastic surgery treatments. The aim of our clinic is to be different to other private facilities, namely by a quality service and offering a wide scale of services to our clients. Dr Benes is a very nice doctor. He explained the benefits and possible risks and I was able to make the right decision. I don't regret my decision and I am happy with the result. Doctor was by my side during the consultation, the decision, before the surgery, and of course during and after the surgery. I would definitely not hesitate to choose this surgeon again. I highly recommend him 🥰

I had plastic surgery at this clinic after having two children. I was a little hesitant at first, but I'm glad I did it. The result is fantastic, I no longer have excess skin on my stomach and my breasts are finally a nice shape. I can't believe how pregnancy can change the body. Thank God for such experienced surgeons like Dr Benes who has golden hands and can do such a great job.

I was looking for a surgeon who would perform lipoedema treatment at a good price. Unfortunately, lipoedema surgery is not available on the NHS, so travelling abroad was a good option. Dr Baran did a great job, the surgery went well and the recovery was very quick. I like the result and have already recommended him to a friend.
