I am a Holistic Nutritionist and Food Mood Expert. I blend Holistic Nutrition, Psychology, MindBody and Functional Medicine to help women experience healthy and balanced life and to address specific health concerns as well as to support optimal health.

I have studied Psychology at the Silesian University and I am certified in Holistic Nutrition (BodyMind Institute). I have also trained in Nutritional Psychology (J.F.Kennedy University) and I am certified Yoga Teacher (Sivananda Yoga Vedanta).

My expertise is in nutrition for mental health (depression, mood swings, anxiety, panic attacks, irritability, nervousness, brain fog, fatigue, PMS, stress, cravings,etc.), as well as gut health (bloating, constipation, IBS, skin issues, stomach pain, food intolerances, gluten intolerance).
