Vodafone now offers a special SIM card for parents of school children.

Cards can be ordered free of charge at: http://www.vodafone.cz/karta-pro-skolaka and will be delivered by Vodafone to your mailbox. Vodafone will also be handing out these cards to parents of children in first to third grades at selected primary schools.

This special edition of cards for a group costs 0 CZK and includes 10 minutes of calls to all networks for 6 months free. It is intended for new customers; parents can prepay credit for their offspring and supervise all the expenses. The card can be combined with the “Four” program and you get calls forever for 1.90 CZK/min.

Prices outside of the “Four” program and after using the free 10 minutes are:

Call 3.50 CZK/min, 1.90 CZK SMS, MMS 4.50 CZK and 60MB internet after connecting for only 49 CZK/week.
