Sales Manager (English and French Fluent)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Business development (BD)
* Analyse the activity of the customer activity - keep a clear overview (performance reports): Periodically Review Solten’s database of current and past clients, identify opportunities for cross-selling, reactivate inactive clients, develop high potential clients.
* Define development strategy for each division (Interpretation, Translation, and Event): Periodically meet the head of each division and discuss their BD expectation according their capacity to embrace new activity, discuss concrete ideas of targets.
* Proceed with BD actions (Calls and Emailing): Actively calling and emailing of targeted prospects/clients.
* Supervise a team of BD interns (recruitment, training, and management): assure the activity of the BD team.
* Identifying and lobbying of tenders opportunities via web research and phone discussions.
* Lobbying: Exchange with client-side procurement managers to refine our understanding of the needs and promote our offers.
Sales support for Operation Team members
* Supervise strategic quotes/bids (quote validation / definition of sales strategy / quote follow-up support).
* Supervise Operations’ BD actions (calls, meetings, emailings) with strategic prospects/clients.
* Participate, when requested by the Quality Manager, in claim management meetings and advise on sales related actions.
Marketing
* Preparation and improvement of Solten’s documentation (brochures, tender documentation, quotes, and email templates).
* Management of emailing campaigns.
Tenders’ management back- up
Contribute in ensuring the continuity of the tender management activities (Monitoring / Analysing / Communication / Offer submission) when the specialised team members are not available.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH:
English Fluent (or native);
French Fluent (or native);
Degree in Sales (preferred);
Prior sales experience (required);
Excellent communication skills;
Excellent sales spirit;
Excellent organisational skills – manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously;
Excellent analysis skills – being able to think out of the box.
