As we expand, we’re seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Operations & Marketing Coordinator to join our team and drive excellence in event execution and marketing activities.
Your Role: Driving Seamless Events and Effective Communication
As part of the operations and marketing team, you’ll be instrumental in delivering exceptional events (both on and off-site) while optimizing operational workflows and supporting our marketing and promotional efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategy & Process Innovation: Assist in developing operational strategies and refining processes to maximize efficiency. Support the implementation of AI tools and automation to improve event planning, marketing coordination, and internal workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Development, Finance, Marketing, and external suppliers (design, print, logistics, accommodation) to ensure flawless event execution and communication.
Marketing & Promotion Support: Work closely with our Content Manager to coordinate marketing activities, including email campaigns, newsletters, social media initiatives, and promotional communications related to our events.
Partner Communication: Support communication with event partners, destinations, venues, and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of promotional materials and marketing opportunities.
Participant Experience: Serve as a key point of contact for event attendees, ensuring their journey is seamless from registration through event completion.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain and update critical operational workflows, supplier contracts, marketing schedules, and campaign-related documentation.

Essential Skills:
Communication Excellence: Outstanding interpersonal skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
Operational Aptitude: Proven ability to manage logistics, solve problems analytically, and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.
Marketing Awareness: Interest or experience in email marketing, social media management, content promotion, or digital communications.
