We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Marketing Project Manager to oversee the project management and implementation of a long-term marketing project.
This role is focused on project management and oversight rather than direct content production or sales. You will collaborate extensively with department heads across the company to ensure the new brand guidelines and pedagogical language are seamlessly integrated over the next years.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Project Management: Spearhead the implementation of marketing projects across all company materials, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with department heads across the company (Operations, Sales, etc.) to ensure brand consistency and alignment. You will act as the central collaborative hub for project implementation.
Editorial & Brand Voice Review: Act as the gatekeeper for all internal and external messaging. While copywriting is not required regularly, you must possess a sharp editorial eye to review materials and provide constructive feedback or edits, ensuring the new brand voice is accurately captured.
Workflow Optimization: Utilize project management tools to map out project dependencies and keep cross-departmental teams on track.
Internal Innovation: Develop and implement new solutions to internal or departmental challenges in order to establish efficient long-term protocols.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in project management, marketing management, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in Asana or similar project management software.
A strong eye for visual design and brand voice
Native or C2 fluency level of written and spoken English
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with leadership and department heads.
A showcased passion for sustainability and education
We are ideally searching for a candidate to begin in August 2026 but can be flexible based on individual circumstances. We are open to both Prague-based or Remote applicants - some travel will be expected for the role.
The chosen candidate will undergo a 3-month probationary onboarding period and is expected to visit our office in Prague, Czech Republic, during this period.
The remuneration offered for this position will be between €2,500-€3,100 EUR per month.
