Marketing Creative Associate

CAS Trips is a sustainable tour operator that plans trips for international schools and aims to make a genuine, sustainable impact through transformative cross-cultural experiences.

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Creative Associate to handle the heavy lifting of our visual and written content pipeline.

As our primary in-house multimedia producer, you will be responsible for editing high-quality video content and designing engaging graphic assets to support our upcoming campaigns and rebrand. You will support the marketing, sales, and operations teams in designing branded or external materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Create visually compelling graphics for social media, brochures, website updates, and email campaigns.

• Copy Writing: Copy writing for social media, website, and email campaigns and ensuring brand voice is implemented across all materials.

• Campaign Support: Work directly alongside the marketing team to execute visual assets required for monthly content calendars and promotional pushes

• Video Production & Editing: Edit and format short-form and long-form video content for various social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and evergreen YouTube content).

• Color-Correction: Ensure all visual footage—especially destination videos and photos—meet brand standards through professional color-correction and grading.

• Ad-Hoc Design Assistance: Support across the company with any design-related tasks (Creating Canva or powerpoint templates, worksheet development, etc)

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• 1-3+ years of professional multimedia production experience.

• Advanced proficiency in video editing, graphic design, and color-correction software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc).

• An exceptional eye for visual design and brand aesthetics

• Ability to manage multiple production tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• A showcased passion for sustainability

We are ideally searching for a candidate to begin in August 2026 but can be flexible based on individual circumstances. We are open to both Prague-based or Remote applicants (within European/similar time zones) - some travel will be expected for the role.

The chosen candidate will undergo a 3-month probationary onboarding period and is expected to visit our office in Prague, Czech Republic, during this period.

The remuneration offered for this position will be between €2,200-€2,700 EUR per month.
