INTERNATIONAL ASSISTANCE COORDINATOR with POLISH language
Become a member of a team of specialists helping travellers world-wide in uncomfortable situations. Your job will include working closely with our medical and transport teams. The main tasks include daily contact with our clients abroad, hospitals, airline companies, tour-operators etc.
We are looking for colleagues for a full-time employment who are based in Prague or willing to relocate.
Requirements:
We are looking for POLISH speaker with knowledge of English (advanced)
Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
Flexible and fast thinking, cool head in stress situations
Ability to analyse a situation and to find a solution
Being ready to learn and follow given procedures and rules
Time flexibility (work in shifts 24/7 including approx. 4 nights and 3 weekend day shifts per month)
