Are you a detail-oriented HR professional with a passion for ensuring seamless personnel administration? We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the efficient management of our HR systems and processes.

What will you do?

  • Ensure timely and accurate input into HR systems (SAP-HR Core, Workday) and facilitate efficient information exchange with vendors to provide the best possible customer experience.

  • Extract and prepare reports needed for personnel administration and other ad-hoc requests.

  • Act as a reliable backup for team members, managing activities as needed.

  • Handle standard service requests, answer queries, and resolve problems. Collaborate closely with next-level support and experts for complex issues.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, Data Privacy, Protection guidelines, and other relevant policies.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for personnel administration data and processes.

  • Support the team in translating HR strategic objectives into operational tasks.

  • Work in close collaboration with local HR departments, Rewards Team, and other stakeholders.

What do we expect from you?

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in an HR environment.

  • Proficient in HR Operations fields with hands-on experience using Human Resources Information Systems.

  • Strong understanding of HR principles and general processes.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and team management skills.

  • Knowledge of HR HCM Workday and SAP is an advantage.

  • Fluency in English and German OR Slovenian OR Polish OR Czech (spoken and written)
