We’re looking for a proactive Growth & Acquisition Manager who combines creativity, commercial instinct, and execution. You’ll own paid acquisition initiatives, uncover new growth opportunities, and constantly explore ideas that can help us scale faster.
This role goes beyond running campaigns. We’re looking for someone obsessed with growth, someone who constantly spots opportunities, brings fresh ideas to the table before anyone asks, and turns experiments into growth.
This is not a role for someone who waits for a brief.
Act as our internal opportunity radar, constantly spotting ideas worth testing
Own growth initiatives across acquisition, experimentation, and new opportunity discovery
Identify, test, and scale new channels, partnerships, and growth opportunities
Continuously look for unconventional ways to acquire, engage, and retain users
Launch experiments quickly and turn insights into action
Own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across key channels
Analyze performance data to uncover growth levers and identify where we can scale
Stay ahead of trends, competitors, emerging platforms, and shifts in user behavior
Work closely with creative and product teams to develop campaigns and ideas that drive results
Build relationships and create opportunities that can move the business forward
Bring fresh ideas to the table and challenge assumptions around how we grow
You might be a great fit if:
You’re naturally curious and constantly discovering new ideas
You bring suggestions before being asked
You enjoy connecting with people
You get excited by trends, experimentation, and growth
You’re equally comfortable discussing strategy and jumping into execution
You move quickly and enjoy testing things rather than overthinking them
You like ownership and prefer autonomy over rigid structures
You have strong commercial instincts and think beyond "just running campaigns"
Native English speaker or Advanced level of English language (C2 level or an equivalent)
Experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles
Experience managing paid marketing campaigns
Understanding of performance metrics and optimization
Strong analytical thinking and comfortable working with data
Ability to prioritize opportunities and make decisions quickly
Excellent communication skills
Bonus points if you've worked in startups, high-growth environments, gaming, or entertainment
Legal eligibility to work in Czechia/EU.
You’re probably the type of person who:
Sends people new apps before they become popular
Constantly has “we should try this” ideas
Notices marketing campaigns others miss
Gets excited by finding opportunities others overlook
If that sounds familiar, we'd love to hear from you.
Above-average compensation and interesting benefits
Flexible remote work arrangement after training and agreement (the more reliable you are, the more freedom you get)
Employment contract or freelancer contract
5 weeks of holiday, sick days
Office located in the heart of Prague
Company events (our Christmas and office parties are very Instagrammable)
MultiSport card along with opportunities to join frequent sports activities with colleagues
Friendly work environment; we’re all on a first-name basis
Extensive opportunities for education in online marketing and AI
Opportunities to practice your Czech with colleagues, if applicable
Send us your CV, and in a few sentences tell us:
A marketing campaign, app, or business idea that impressed you recently
One thing you'd test or improve from a growth perspective if you joined our team
We're less interested in polished presentations and more interested in curiosity, creativity, and how you think.
