For over ten years our international team has successfully concluded new business relations between international event planners and event hospitality providers. These services are concluded during carefully organized B2B events taking place in various European cities. With a record number of confirmed events in 2023, we look to grow our team. The Business Development & Customer Relations department is responsible for developing and implementing strategy to drive new business clients to EC's events.
Core tasks:
Identify new leads and opportunities through market research
Develop long-standing relationships with new and existing clients
Pro-active event participants approach
Achieving personal set targets
Working in close cooperation with the other team members to achieve total targets
Various event tasks prior, during, and after events
Required skills & experience:
Strong listening skills
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Good overall communication skills
English spoken and written, other language skills are advantageous
Service-minded approach
Fast learner
