Our Consumer Experience team is responsible for ensuring operational coverage for ‘business as usual’ consumer requests, focusing on marketing/commercial requests across different channels and touchpoints (email, websites, social media, phone).

What will you be doing:  

  • First-level resolution for any consumer’s questions, doubts and complaints 

  • Responding to (mainly private) Social Media messages

  • Create and analyze CSAT and NPS surveys and create clear and useful recommendations for the brand teams/involved stakeholders and maintain a solid stakeholder relationship

  • Analyze insights and consumer feedback and close the loop with consumers who are not satisfied in order to gain insights from them 

  • Ensure consumers satisfaction and loyalty by reviewing and improving consumer experience and contact models 

  • Generate new solutions and actions to be shared with all relevant Dutch and Belgian stakeholders from different departments and support the improvements of projects and operating model 

  • Providing support and data visibility to other departments (ex. CXC for customer-related topics and Connection for social media) while leading consumer-related actions (task follow-up, proper training, project support) 

What you'll bring:  

  • Fluency in English and Dutch required

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, social studies or a relevant experience in a related field

  • Moderate/Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Previous experience working in an FMCG company or in project environment is an advantage 

  • Use of Salesforce, Social Studio, PowerBI is a plus 

  • Growth mindset and desire to work in a multicultural dynamic environment 

  • Able to work on own initiative, prioritize workload effectively and follow up on projects

  • Highly customer-oriented mindset
