Because our events are commercial products—not academic conferences—the role of Producer is central to defining, shaping, and delivering products that generate revenue and outperform competition.
As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for building commercially successful conference products from scratch. You will identify market gaps, validate demand, design agendas that end-users want, attract high-quality speakers, and work with Sales and Marketing to ensure the product performs financially.
Your work directly determines whether an event becomes a €150K–€350K success or fails. We hire producers who take ownership, think commercially, and obsess about product-market fit.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Research & Market Intelligence
Identify new event topics with strong commercial potential.
Analyse industry trends, regulatory drivers, CAPEX cycles, and competitive landscape.
Validate timing, geography, and market readiness for each new product.
Determine whether a concept will deliver revenue before production begins.
2. Product Development: Agenda Creation
Build full conference agendas driven by real industry pain points and investment priorities.
Conduct interviews with senior executives to collect first-hand insights.
Convert research into a clear, commercially strong program (not generic topics).
Ensure that agendas differentiate us from competitors and sponsor alternatives.
3. Speaker Acquisition & Stakeholder Management
Secure high-value speakers from target industries (end users first).
Manage all communication with speakers throughout production.
Build long-term relationships with experts to strengthen future products.
4. Cross-Functional Commercial Collaboration
Work with Sales to position the event correctly for budget-holders.
Give Marketing clear value propositions that drive ticket and sponsorship demand.
Support Sponsorship team with insights into vendor pain points and buying motivations.
Align all teams so the product meets revenue expectations.
5. Event Execution & Product Delivery
Travel to events, host speakers, manage the agenda, and ensure smooth delivery.
Represent Future Bridge as the “owner” of the product onsite.
Collect feedback and translate it into improvements for future editions.
6. Post-Event Product Reporting
Produce clear reports summarising market trends, commercial lessons, and product improvements.
Recommend next editions, regional expansions, or spin-off events.
Who We Are Looking For
Excellent English (C1+).
Strong analytical and commercial thinking.
Ability to identify real industry pains, not superficial topics.
Confident communication with senior-level executives.
High attention to detail and strong copywriting ability.
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks in parallel.
Comfortable doing cold outreach (email + calls) to experts and potential speakers.
Legally able to work in Czechia.
Preferred
Experience in business research, consulting, journalism, policy analysis, or B2B events.
Background in industrial, tech, or business sectors.
