Over ten years we deliver a personal property management services for landlords in Prague. Our personalized services range from acquisition process and tenancy management to preparing a real estate tax return reports in accordance with current Czech accounting and tax regulations.

We are taking care about apartment during landlord's absence and handling all the issues connected to with the utility bills and negotiations with the property administration company. As a personal property manager we are oriented towards satisfying landlords individual needs and building long-term relationships by ensuring the safety of their property in Prague.

The most common management service package includes:
- all communications with the tenants, HOA, propery administrator, energy and service providers associated with the propery,
- regular checking of mail and inspection of the propery - 2x monthly when the propery is not rented or 2x per year during the rental period,
- attendance at HOA meetings - 2x per year,
- emergency inspection of the propery - 1x per year.

We speaks English, Czech and Russian.

We are not serving short-term rentals via platforms like Airbnb or Booking.com.
