Our most popular management service package includes:
- All communications with tenants, HOA, property administrator, energy and service providers associated with the property,
- Regular checking of mail and inspection of the property - twice monthly when the property is not rented or twice per year during the rental period,
- Attendance at HOA meetings - twice per year,
- Emergency inspection of the property - once per year.

We speak English, Czech, and Russian, and we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Please note that we do not serve short-term rentals via platforms like Airbnb or Booking.com.
