Company Torino Praga Invest was founded in 1995 and since then has been successfully operating on the Czech and foreign real estate market. The main activity of the company is real estate investment and development of commercial and residential properties.
There are a numbers of successful projects in the company´s portfolio mainly for residential use and two of them won the prestigious awards. In 2002 we received the award "Best of Realty" for the residential project “Tržiště” in Malá Strana near the Prague Castle for the complete "sensitive" reconstruction and restoration of a Renaissance building from 16th century and in 2009 the project “Residence Prokopova” is ranked third also in the competition "Best of Realty". We emphasize on the quality of completed construction and all provided services. Our projects demonstrated that superior and excellent quality is not only the privilege for someone but is accessible to all.
Our company also provides comprehensive real estate services related to the sale and lease of our own properties and we also perform a management and maintenance of some of these properties. We seek and identify potential buyers and tenants, we help our clients with financing and we accompany them through the whole process of purchase or lease. Despite the growing economic crisis during last years, our company has started to work on two new exceptional and luxurious projects situated in the top locations of Prague. The first is the residence "Janáčkovo nábřeží", one of the most beautiful New Renaissance building located on the left bank of Vltava river which complete reconstruction will be finished in the last quarter of year 2012. The second is a development project residence "Spálená", where a complete reconstruction of the current administration building into a modern multifunctional residential building with underground garages and glazed roof extension will be completed in year 2014.
